Thank you for choosing Ellie Guest Massage Therapy. Please note that when booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and also to attend your appointment on time or rearrange in good time. Please take a few minutes to read the information carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice of any appointment change or cancellation requests. You will be invoiced for the cost of the missed session if you give less than 24 hours notice. An invoice will be sent via email for you to pay by bank transfer within seven days of receipt.

I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. Late cancellation due to emergency or illness will not result in any missed appointment charges.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late, please let me know if you know you will be late so I can do my best to see you. Appointment times are reserved for each client and I cannot exceed the reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arrival after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage as your session will end at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even if sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

In return, I will do my best to be on time. If I am unable to do so I will add time to your session or adjust the service charge accordingly.

Discounts Policy

From time to time I may offer promotional discounts. Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. They have an expiry of two months from the date of issue.

Unless explicitly stated on a promotional offer, discounts cannot be used for gift vouchers.

Inappropriate Behaviour Policy

The treatments I offer are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to holistic massage or myofascial release whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.

Health and Wellbeing

If you have a fever, a known infection or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours of your appointment then please let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule.

Please do not book an appointment if you have an infectious skin disease. If you have warts, verucca or other transmittable skin conditions please contact me to find out if you should book an appointment. Please make me aware of the location prior to the massage commencing. You must keep the area covered during the massage.

I will also respect your health and wellbeing and may have to cancel or rearrange an appointment if I am experiencing any symptoms of illness. My aim at all times is to provide you with the best service possible.


All information given during your appointment is confidential and will not be disclosed to any other parties. Hard and soft copy information is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please see my privacy policy to see how your data is used.


Treatments are given based on the information you share and the plan we agree to prior to the session commencing. It is your responsibility to make sure you inform me of any changes to your health each time you see me so the service can be amended if needed. The treatments and aftercare advice I may give are no substitute for medical care. It is your responsibility to seek any further professional care you may need following treatment.

I am fully qualified and insured to provide holistic massage and myofascial release and hold a current first aid certificate.
